Event Description:
The AGC Industry Safety Roundtables are a series of meetings held with a focus on safety within a specific trade or aspect of construction. This is an opportunity for you to come discuss problems and solutions with other AGC member companies, to talk about the issues you are facing and to share solutions that you have found and hear what others are doing.
IMPROVING SAFETY CULTURE ROUNDTABLE:
This event will focus on steps that can be taken to improve safety culture, including both top down initiatives and how to create space for a bottom up safety culture to grow and thrive. We will have several professional presentations on the importance of creating a mindful safety culture and steps that you can take to implement one, followed by a group discussion of things that have worked and not worked for member companies.
