The AGC Industry Safety Roundtables are a series of meetings held with a focus on safety within a specific trade or aspect of construction. This is an opportunity for you to come discuss problems and solutions with other AGC member companies, to talk about the issues you are facing and to share solutions that you have found and hear what others are doing.
TEMPORARY WORKERS & NEW WORKERS SAFETY ROUNDTABLE:
This event will focus on two different but related topics. First we will focus on how to increase safety for individuals who are temporary workers on construction sites. The aim of this discussion is for companies who use temporary workers and compoanies who provide the services of temporary workers to be able to talk to each other and provide more information and clarity about expectations and opportunities to increase safety for temporary workers.
The second focus of this breakfast event will be on how to improve safety for new workers. We will be discussing best practices for new hire orientations and sharing insights into other resources and methods that work to keep new hires safe on the job.
