Event Description:

SPECIALTY/SUBCONTRACTOR 25-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
This course introduces contractors to various accounting processes, basic business practices, construction law and general management skills by industry experts. 
  • $310 Course Fee (lunch included)
  • $59 Textbook (optional but not required) 
    • No test required for sub/specialty contractors.
  • State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.
Note: GENERAL CONTRACTOR 30-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
Those who wish to obtain a general contractor license must take the same above listed 25-Hour Pre licensure class and 5 additional hours required by the State of Utah to prepare students in taking the Business & Law Exam.  All general contractors (E100, B100, R100, plumbing and electrical contractors) require 30-hour pre-licensure course.  Currently the additional 5 hour class is not being offered at night.  Contact AGC for a list of available dates.
