SPECIALTY/SUBCONTRACTOR 25-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
This course introduces contractors to various accounting processes, basic business practices, construction law and general management skills by industry experts.
- $310 Course Fee (lunch included)
- $59 Textbook (optional but not required)
- No test required for sub/specialty contractors.
- Spend the first 3 days with us. Only Generals come day 4.
- We offer translation captions during the class in over 30 languages. You will need your phone and the Zoom app.
- State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.
This course overlaps with and contains all of the information in the 25-Hour course, listed above, and includes 5 additional hours required by the State of Utah to prepare students in taking the Business & Law Exam. All general contractors (E100, B100, R100, plumbing and electrical contractors) require a 30-hour pre-licensure course.
