Event Description:
SPECIALTY/SUBCONTRACTOR 25-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
This course introduces contractors to various accounting processes, basic business practices, construction law and general management skills by industry experts. 
  • $310 Course Fee (lunch included) No unpaid guests allowed.
  • $59 Textbook (optional but not required) 
    • No test required for sub/specialty contractors.
  • State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR 30-Hour Pre-Licensure Course:
This course overlaps with and contains all of the information in the 25-Hour course, listed above, and includes 5 additional hours required by the State of Utah to prepare students in taking the Business & Law Exam.  All general contractors (E100, B100, R100), plumbing and electrical contractors require a 30-hour pre-licensure course.
  • $395 Course Fee (lunch included) No unpaid guests allowed.
  • $59 Textbook (optional but suggested) 
    • The Business and Law Exam is open book. Textbook recommended.
  • Class includes test preparation and a comprehensive practice test.
  • State Law requires attendance for all hours to receive Completion Certificate.
