Join the Utah Division of Water Quality’s Construction Stormwater Coordinator, administrator of the state Construction General Permit (CGP), to learn more about construction stormwater permitting. This session is ideal for contractors, site managers, and inspectors seeking clear steps to stay compliant throughout the life of a construction project.

Topics will include:
• When CGP coverage is required and how to obtain it
• Key components of a strong Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
• Strategies for maintaining compliance throughout the project cycle
• How to work effectively with stormwater authorities and navigate audits
