Building on the core UDOT Partnering training, this class focuses on the skills, tools, and mindset needed to guide diverse project teams through effective partnering workshops.
Participants will learn how to prepare for and structure partnering sessions, use the UDOT Partnering Field Guide, manage group dynamics, and keep discussions focused on project goals. The course emphasizes practical facilitation skills—asking good questions, drawing out quieter voices, handling conflict in the room, and ensuring active participation from all team members.
